  • The goods (listed below) you are are being supplied, are on loan from the Mooroolbark Flashes Basketball Club (MFBC). These can be used by you until such time that you are no longer Head Coach of an MFBC Team.

    By signing this document you agree to the following:

    Will use the equipment as it has been designed. Will take good care of equipment (listed below).

    Will return the equipment in good working order when your tenure as Head Coach comes to an end.

    MFBC Sports Bag
    Basketball
    Coaches Whiteboard
    Ball Pump with 2 needles
    Whistle and Drink Bottle *Not needed to be returned
